Needs and challenges:
We need more and better choices for food on campus! We have two choices on campus and then there are the vending machines, which don't even qualify as food. A new student union is planned to be built in the next couple of years and it is to be a LEED certified building. I would like to see local businesses, local food, or at least companies that focus on sustainable practices. If we are to have LEED buildings we should be consistent and have better quality food as well.
