Successes and achievements:
Cage free eggs are used in all baked goods. During the fall, locally grown produce is used in a special salad once a week. The vegan line often contains local food. The Bean & Bagel Express offers one variety of Fair Trade coffee.

comments: There is a student advisory committee that works with Sodexho to implement changes in the dining commons. Campus Ecology is trying to get support behind real foods on campus. Nutrition majors focus on healthy eating on campus and provide pamphlets in the dining commons occasionally.
