Successes and achievements:
We have a recent (Summer 2010) 1 bed garden.
The Beloit Student Dining Co-operative (goodfoodbeloit.wordpress.com) feeds 20 members 5 nights/week through food from local, organic CSAs. They also compost all food waste.
Slow Food Club is very active as is the Outdoor Environmental Club with engaging students in food and sustainability related endeavors.
