  • Needs and challenges: Our director of food services is not very responsive. Our school was in a lot of financial difficulties some years ago so now all they care about is getting the cheapest thing out there. However, all of our coffee is Fair Trade, and we have been slowly getting more and more organic products in our markets. We definetively have a lot of room for improvement though!
